As a Guest Services Intern, you will assist the Connections team by helping people who are looking to become more involved in the family here at Real Life. This role is all about building bridges to help people move from the place they are, to the place God is asking them to go, through all of our various ministries. The experience will give you an opportunity to develop and grow your skills in the areas of customer service and connections, which include leadership development, communication, organizational, and relational skills. The experience is intended to give you opportunities which help you identify and develop the gifts God has given you to build His Kingdom.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Connections Pastor and Director of Connections in meetings, projects, events, problem solving, and day-to-day operations
- Prepare the sanctuary, lobby, and other public areas for Sunday services
- Help people who are looking to serve find the appropriate ministry for their God-given purpose.
- Work with team leaders to grow their leadership and increase team participation.
Expect to be on the Real Life campus (1501 Steves Road, Clermont, FL 34711) at least 3 days per week and work 15-20 hours/week.
Typical hours for most positions would be Sunday 8am-1pm plus 10-15 additional hours Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday 9am-5pm. Wednesdays are not available for this internship. Must be flexible to hours outside of these hours with notice.
The internship is 12 weeks long from Sunday January 31st - Thursday April 22nd. No spring break is built into the schedule, but can be discussed with the team.
Salary: $150.00 per week
