Edward Jones Graduate Internship

Team Overview:
The Edward Jones Graduate Internship program is a selective, full-time, paid summer internship in St. Louis, or Tempe, AZ that aligns your area of concentration, strengths, and interests with a business need at Edward Jones.

For the summer of 2027, opportunities are available in areas and divisions such as

• Wealth Management Advice and Solutions
• Experience Brand and Marketing,
• Finance
• Business Operations and Service,
• Digital/Technology
• Compliance

You will benefit from broad organizational exposure, gaining insight into how departments, divisions and functions work together in service of firm strategy and, ultimately, our clients.  You will participate in our professional development speaker series, which provides engagement with leaders across the firm covering topics such as innovation, complex decision-making, organizational culture, and career progression. 

What You'll Do:
For 10 weeks, you will be working in a hybrid environment where you'll experience our unique culture and interact with our seasoned leadership team while doing challenging and meaningful work.

As a capstone to your summer experience, you will deliver a presentation to our leadership team, showcasing your accomplishments, connections, and insights gained during your tenure with us.

Career Opportunities after the Internship The internship is designed to feed into to our Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) opportunity. Upon successful completion of the internship, interns will have the opportunity to apply for this two-year leadership development rotation program, which would commence the following summer. Acceptance into this program assumes you will have graduated from your masters program prior to your joining the ALP program.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ semesters of a Master's program or more are required
• 3+ years of prior professional work experience  
• Availability to work out of our St. Louis, MO or Tempe, AZ headquarters for 10 consecutive weeks from June through August with no conflicts in availability.
