Pediatric Occupational Therapist

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations assessing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living abilities.  

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based, play-based treatment plans.  

Engage families and caregivers with education, strategies, and home-based resources to support therapy goals.  

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, and pediatricians) to provide holistic care.  

Complete documentation in an organized and timely manner with designated, paid admin time.  

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.  

Active Indiana State OT License (or eligibility).  

NBCOT Certification (or eligibility).  

Current CPR Certification.  

Pediatric experience preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply!).
