Campaign Organizing Fellowship
Join Mitchell Berman for Congress to gain experience with one of the top Congressional races in the country, and help us send an incredible public servant and ER Nurse to Congress! We are looking for highly motivated, organized, and energetic individuals to join the campaign.
Mitchell Berman grew up in a small rural Wisconsin town where hard work, community, and integrity were central values. A proud product of Wisconsin’s public schools, Mitchell was the first in his family to graduate from college – earning his degree while working three jobs, living paycheck to paycheck, and taking out student loans. He became a registered nurse and spent more than a decade serving veterans and military families at the VA. A proud union member throughout his career, he has consistently supported workers’ rights and collective advocacy. His top priorities are lowering costs for working families, making healthcare more affordable and accessible, and stopping the giveaways to corporations and billionaires. We are looking for an Organizing Fellow who can commit 20-40 hours per week to in-person organizing across the First District.
This position will:
- Participate in door-knocking to connect with voters across the First Congressional District (in-person voter contact is the main focus of this role)
- Organize, coordinate, and participate in phonebanking
- Help plan and organize events, including setup, event execution, and close-down of in-person events across the First Congressional District
- Help coordinate campaign material distribution and other logistics between field offices

Please note that this position is fully in-person and would last through November 3, the general election. In-person work is between Racine, WI and other locations across the First Congressional District, which stretches from Kenosha north to St. Francis and west to Rock County.
