• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy according to individualized treatment plans 
• Accurately collect and record data during sessions 
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs 
• Follow supervision and treatment protocols as directed by BCBA 
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant session documentation 
• Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress 
• Maintain professionalism with clients, families, and team members
