We are currently seeking career-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Entry Level Test Engineer.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical tests for high technology companies to assist with product development, including test set up, execution, and documentation of results
- Identify and troubleshooting equipment and test methods to drive process improvement
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to define and ensure needs are understood and met, while providing exceptional service
- Convert customer test plans into detailed cost proposals while balancing internal expenses and external budgets
- Present results to customers and internal teams
- Forecast facility and equipment needs in partnership with internal teams and other MGA locations
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in an applicable discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Experience performing hands-on work, using tools, etc.
- Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors
- Familiarity with general automotive parts and components
