American Portwell Technology operates on a fully onsite model, fostering close collaboration and in-person teamwork across all departments.

What You’ll Accomplish

• You will work collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, marketing, and other teams to develop solutions to high-visibility problems and opportunities.
• Assist in managing product lifecycle from concept to launch for hardware platforms (e.g., industrial motherboards, embedded systems, IoT devices).
• Help prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), technical documentation, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure on-time product delivery and launch.
• Work with project team members and suppliers to ensure project’s technical or product’s deliverables on time such as product design proposal, design schedule, sample schedule, verification testing plan and result, validation plan and result, production validation plan and result and mass production.
• Track customer feedback and assist in post-launch improvements
• You will have a significant amount of growth opportunity in role and scope.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or hardware project support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of computer hardware components or embedded systems
• Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced technical environment
• Must be available to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with embedded computing applications and the ODM/OEM business model
• Exposure to early-stage product development (0-to-1 product experience)
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment—comfortable wearing multiple hats when needed
