Position Overview
GO Riteway Transportation is seeking motivated students and early career professionals interested in building a future career in operations management. Our 12-Week Operations Management Internship Program provides hands-on experience working alongside our operations leaders while learning the fundamentals of the passenger transportation industry.
Interns will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations that keep our business running, including dispatching, scheduling, customer service, safety, and driver support. Participants will collaborate with terminal managers, regional leadership, corporate staff, and drivers while contributing to real operational projects.
This internship is designed for individuals interested in developing into future operations leaders within the transportation industry. High-performing interns may be considered for our Operations Management Trainee Program following graduation.

12-Week Internship Experience
During the 12-week program, interns will work directly with experienced operations leaders and gain exposure to key areas of the business including:
Operations scheduling and routing
Dispatching drivers and supporting daily transportation logistics
Customer service and communication with school districts and charter clients
Driver support and operational coordination
Safety and compliance practices
Special operational projects and process improvement initiatives
This internship provides a hands-on learning environment where interns will gain real-world experience in a fast-paced transportation operation.

Throughout the 12-week program, interns will participate in structured learning opportunities including:
Leadership Mentorship
Interns will be paired with a leadership mentor who will provide guidance, career insight, and regular feedback.

Participants will rotate through key operational functions to gain a broad understanding of the transportation industry.

Interns will support operational initiatives and improvement projects that impact real business outcomes.
Team Collaboration
Interns will work alongside terminal staff, drivers, and corporate teams to understand how successful transportation operations are executed daily.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field
Valid driver’s license required
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to different company locations for learning opportunities
