Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Intern — Summer

Harrison Richards is a boutique real estate company in Ardmore, PA, seeking a Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Intern for the summer. This on-site position offers hands-on experience in marketing, leasing, resident relations, and business analysis.

You’ll work closely with our team on marketing and leasing initiatives, including content creation, property tours, and a special strategic initiatives. Projects may include evaluating our go-to-market strategy, improving our visibility in AI search, benchmarking competitors, analyzing resident satisfaction and retention, or developing data-driven approaches to improve leasing and renewal decisions.

Primary Responsibilities and Skills

• Support the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in — respond to prospective residents by phone, email, video, and in person; schedule and conduct tours.
• Create photo, video, and written content for our website, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strengthen our online presence across WordPress, Zillow, Apartments.com, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Maintain relationships with current residents and support resident retention.
• Contribute to a strategic project.

What We’re Looking For

• A current college student with an interest in marketing, business, real estate, communications, or a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and creating content for TikTok and Instagram. Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop, is a plus.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with others.
• Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, dependable, and eager to learn and take initiative.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
