The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to own digital marketing content and execution across both the Crawl Space Door Systems and FloodGuard Vents brands. You'll be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong eye for visual storytelling, particularly with manufactured products, and the technical skills to bring both brands to life for two distinct audiences: contractors and installers on one side, homeowners on the other.

You'll manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, maintain consistent brand quality across every platform, and move comfortably between content formats. This is a full-time, in-house position with primary responsibility over four core areas:

  • Content Creation: Creating high-quality images and video content for our websites, marketplace listings, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Developing, organizing, and maintaining our social media content calendar, including organic and paid, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience to grow both brands' online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Collaborating with the team to develop and maintain our email marketing calendar, including designing graphics and writing copy.
  • Paid Ads: Supporting paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Meta Ads. You don't need to be a specialist in paid media, but you should be comfortable collaborating on campaigns, understanding basic performance metrics, and supporting creative needs for ad content.

What You'll Be Doing

Had you worked here last month, you would have:

  • Photographed product arrivals or updates for CSDS and FGV websites and marketplace listings.
  • Created and edited short-form video content for social media platforms.
  • Developed and scheduled social media posts across various platforms.
  • Helped maintain paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Meta Ads, including monitoring basic performance metrics and supporting creative needs.
  • Designed graphics and wrote copy for email marketing campaigns.
  • Organized and maintained the digital asset library across both brands.
  • Collaborated with the team on content calendar execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in photography and video creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer).
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling social and email copy.
  • Strong organizational skills for content and digital asset management across multiple brands.

Scorecard Metrics

  • Maintain a 90-day production pipeline for all marketing calendar assets and scheduling
  • On-time execution rate for the social and email content calendars
  • Creative asset delivery for paid ad campaigns, on spec and on deadline

Outcome metrics tied to email revenue and ad performance will be defined mutually with the VP of Sales after the first full quarter in seat.
