We are seeking 15 Behavior Technicians to join our school-based team and provide direct support to students with behavioral, developmental, and special education needs. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates interested in careers in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Nursing, or Mental Health Services.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Provide behavioral and academic support to students in school settings
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by educational and behavioral teams
  • Encourage positive social, emotional, and behavioral development
  • Support students in achieving educational and behavioral goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists
  • Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Position Details

Position: Behavior Technician (School-Based)

Openings: 15

Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week

Contract Length: 10 Months

Start Date: Immediate after Onboarding completed

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
