The Impact You'll Have
Caring for a child with complex behavioral health, developmental, substance use, or other needs can sometimes mean navigating multiple systems, providers, appointments, and decisions at once. Families may know their child best but still feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to turn.
As a Family Support Partner, you'll help caregivers recognize that they are not alone. Your lived experience, encouragement, and practical knowledge can help families build confidence, understand their options, and become stronger advocates for their children.
Your work will help ensure families have a meaningful voice in the services they receive and the decisions that affect their lives. By connecting caregivers with support, resources, and hope, you'll play an important role in helping children and families move toward their goals.
If you're compassionate, encouraging, and passionate about empowering families through peer support and advocacy, we'd like to hear from you.
