About the Role:

What You'll Do:
- Gain foundational knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Engage and convert live inbound calls into active mortgage clients
- Work closely with experienced MLOs to understand the loan origination process from start to finish.
- Learn how to effectively communicate with clients, assess their financial needs, and guide them through the home loan application process.
- Receive dedicated training and resources to prepare for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) exam.
- Develop essential sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Contribute to team goals and support departmental initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, particularly mortgage lending.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Active NMLS and state MLO license(s).
- U.S. Work Authorization is required.
