Jr. Supplier Manager【China Base】

What you will do
1、Analyse spend, business demand, project pipelines, supplier markets, capacity trends, and risk indicators to generate insights that support category strategy and business decision-making.
2、Explore and leverage digital tools, analytics, and AI-powered solutions to improve procurement insights, productivity, and ways of working.
3、Support supplier qualification, development, and performance-improvement initiatives to strengthen supplier capabilities and ensure long-term capacity availability.
4、Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to understand upcoming project pipelines, technical requirements, and the supplier capacity needed to deliver them successfully.
5、You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers across multiple regions, gaining exposure to diverse markets, cultures, and business environments
6、Turn the category strategy into action by supporting supplier-base plans, applying procurement processes and contracts, and promoting consistent ways of working.
7、Build trusted relationships across the business, communicate insights and results clearly, and grow into a proactive partner who helps stakeholders make informed decisions.

We believe you have
1、A recently completed master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant discipline, with less than two (2) years of professional experience after graduation.
2、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and complex information into practical recommendations.
3、An interest in digital technologies, data analytics, and AI-powered tools, with curiosity to explore new ways of working and improve business outcomes.
4、A genuine interest in procurement, supplier markets, commercial negotiation, and technical or industrial services.
5、A collaborative and confident communication style, with the ability to build relationships across functions, cultures, and organisational levels.
6、A curious, proactive, and accountable mindset, with the ambition to learn quickly, challenge constructively, and take increasing ownership.
7、Fluency in English, both written and spoken
8、Evidence of initiative, leadership potential, and a track record of delivering results through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
