The Opportunity: Austin F1 Grand Prix – VIP Airport & Hospitality Greeter Team

Are you a high-performing professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments? 25/EIGHT is recruiting a premier team of Elite Airport & Hospitality Greeters for a high-visibility activation during the F1 Grand Prix weekend in Austin, Texas.

This isn’t just a staffing gig; it is a "First Touch" hospitality role. You will be the face of the activation for VIP clients, global sponsors, and executive guests arriving for one of the biggest motorsport weekends in North America.

What You’ll Do:

  • VIP Greeting & Wayfinding: Stationed at key Austin arrival hubs and venue checkpoints, identify and warmly greet arriving guests, providing seamless transit from terminal to ground transport.
  • Manifest Management: Utilize digital platforms to track flight arrivals and guest lists in real time, ensuring prioritized execution.
  • Transportation Liaison: Coordinate directly with ground dispatch and private drivers to eliminate wait times and maintain a flawless curbside experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent 25/EIGHT and our corporate sponsors, maintaining high energy, answering high-level guest inquiries, and solving minor operational bottlenecks on the fly.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: Background in high-end hospitality, airport ops, event production, or collegiate/professional sports activations preferred.
  • Physically Resilient: Capable of executing 8-hour shifts on your feet in dynamic airport and outdoor transit environments.
  • Tech-Forward: Fluent in mobile messaging apps and operational comms tools (Slack/WhatsApp) to stay synced with project leads.
  • Austin Local: Deep knowledge of Austin geography, travel corridors (I-35, SH 71, COTA routes), and reliable personal transit to/from AUS Airport.

The Details:

Dates Required: October 22–23, 2026 

Compensation: $24.00/hour + Food Allowance + Parking Reimbursed

Shift Structure: 8-hour blocks (Morning / Evening / Swing)

Location: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 

Dress Code: Smart Casual (Black slacks, polo, quarter zip, or button up)
