Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
About the role
OLOID Inc. is looking for a curious, hands-on Cybersecurity Product Intern to help prepare and deliver effective product demonstrations. Your primary focus will be setting up demo environments, configuring realistic cybersecurity use cases, and making sure demonstrations run smoothly. You will gain practical experience with cybersecurity products, technical troubleshooting, and communicating product capabilities to different audiences.
What you will do
- Set up, configure, test, and maintain cybersecurity product demo environments.
- Prepare sample data, integrations, and scenarios that illustrate product features and customer use cases.
- Run checks before demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and reset environments for reuse.
- Support live demos and proof-of-concept activities, including technical preparation and follow-up documentation.
- Create clear setup guides, demo scripts, checklists, and short product walkthroughs.
- Capture questions, bugs, and feedback from demos and share findings with the team.
What we are looking for
- An interest in cybersecurity, technology products, and hands-on problem solving.
- Foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common security concepts.
- Comfort learning new tools, following technical documentation, and troubleshooting setup issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Relevant coursework, personal projects, labs, or equivalent practical experience. Prior professional experience is not required.
Helpful, but not required
- Experience with Linux, virtual machines, containers, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs and basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience presenting technical projects or building cybersecurity labs.
