Job Summary

Investment Associate Interns support a variety of analytical, operational, and project-based initiatives across the firm. This role is highly data-oriented and requires exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Interns will work closely with investment, operations, and business teams to support research efforts, data management, process improvement initiatives, and special projects while gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations of an investment management firm.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Investment Associate Interns can expect to focus on:

• Support investment, operational, and business initiatives through data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Assist with research projects, due diligence efforts, presentations, and other analytical work across the firm.
• Collaborate with members of the research and operations teams on process improvements, special projects, and day-to-day business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

• Outstanding academic record with Junior or Senior standing and a demonstrated interest in financial markets and investing.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with investment research, valuation methodologies, due diligence, and financial data platforms such as Bloomberg and/or S&P Capital IQ preferred.
