About Divino Seas: Divino Seas is an up-and-coming Miami luxury swimwear and fashion brand expanding into ready-to-wear. Our aesthetic is high-level, couture, cool-girl — never cheap. We are an AI-native team: interns work hands-on with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Shopify Sidekick on real brand work, not busywork.

The Role

We are hiring a TikTok Social Media Manager Intern to build a fast-growing, culture-first TikTok for Divino Seas. You will concept, film, edit, and post short-form video that feels cool-girl and luxury — and use AI tools to move at the speed of TikTok.

What You Will Learn & Practice

• Short-Form Content Strategy: Build a weekly posting plan around trends, sounds, launches, and brand storytelling.
• AI-Assisted Video Production: Script with Claude/ChatGPT and edit with CapCut and AI video tools for high-volume, high-quality output.
• TikTok Shop & Creator Collabs: Source creators, coordinate UGC and gifting, and support TikTok Shop and affiliate growth.
• Community Management: Engage comments, stitches, duets, and DMs to grow brand love.
• Analytics: Track views, watch time, shares, and conversions; report weekly on what is working.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media, Fashion, or a related field.
• A TikTok (personal or managed) that shows editing skill, trend fluency, and taste.
• Fast with CapCut and AI tools; comfortable on camera or directing creators.
• Understands luxury fashion aesthetics — cool-girl, never cheap.
