Hiring For (Full-Time, On-Site positions)

• Leasing Administrators (entry-level)
• Leasing Consultants (1 year experience, with or without real estate license)
• Property Management professionals 
• Maintenance Technicians (all-levels)

What to bring to this event:

• Notepad/pen, if needed.

What to wear to this event:

• Business casual attire is encouraged.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1+ years’ experience in property management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Yardi
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of rules, regulations and laws regarding property management
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Work overtime hours as required to complete assignments/projects
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Professional Image
• Strong Verbal Skills
• Strong customer service orientation
