Clinical Fellow: $56 per 30-minute session, W-2
Fully Licensed SLP, W-2: $60–$63 per 30-minute session
Fully Licensed SLP, 1099: $65–$72 per 30-minute session

Yeled V'Yalda is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows to provide pediatric Early Intervention services throughout New York City.

Immediate needs include Boro Park and Flatbush, with opportunities throughout Brooklyn and across the five boroughs.

Unlike our other current Early Intervention postings, qualified Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are welcome to apply. Students who have not yet completed the graduate education required to begin a CFY are not being recruited through this posting.

Compensation and Engagement

Clinical Fellowship Year

  • W-2: $56 per 30-minute session

Fully Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

  • W-2: $60–$63 per 30-minute session
  • 1099: $65–$72 per 30-minute session

W-2 providers meeting Yeled's full-time threshold of 20 contact/service/billable hours per week qualify for full-time employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language services to infants and toddlers based on Individualized Family Service Plan goals
  • Support communication, language, and other appropriate developmental needs
  • Work directly with children and caregivers in natural and community-based environments
  • Help families incorporate communication strategies into daily routines
  • Collaborate with other members of the child's multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor progress and make appropriate recommendations
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time
  • Manage assigned scheduling and routine administrative responsibilities

Qualifications

Fully Licensed SLP

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current New York State professional license
  • Applicable credentials and eligibility required for Early Intervention services

Clinical Fellow

  • Completed qualifying graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Eligible to enter an approved Clinical Fellowship
  • Able to satisfy applicable requirements for the assigned services

  • Comfortable using digital systems for scheduling, documentation, communication, and routine administrative workflows
