Lead Private Swim Instructor

Lil' Crappie Swim School provides high-quality, individualized aquatics instruction to swimmers of all ages in the St. Croix Valley. We focus on personal progress, water safety, and technique. We are looking for experienced, highly motivated UW-River Falls students to lead 1-on-1 and semi-private lessons.

As a Lead Private Swim Instructor, you will take direct ownership of student development, designing tailored lesson plans for children, adults, and swimmers with specific skill goals. This high-autonomy role is perfect for students in Education, Health & Human Performance, Exercise Science, or former competitive swimmers looking for well-compensated teaching experience that fits easily around a college class schedule.
