MaxilloSoft is a healthcare software company that develops practice management software specifically for oral and maxillofacial surgery practices.
We are looking for a creative student, recent graduate, or early-career content creator for paid, part-time work helping us turn real-world problems our software solves into engaging short-form marketing content.
What You’ll Do
- Create and edit short marketing and social media videos
- Turn software features and real practice workflows into simple, compelling stories
- Edit existing product and customer footage
- Add graphics, captions, animation, voiceovers and other elements to video content
- Create social media graphics and other digital content
- Experiment with AI creative tools for video, imagery and content creation
- Work directly with our team to develop and refine ideas
We will provide the product knowledge, ideas, screenshots, footage and direction. We are looking for someone who can take those raw materials and creatively turn them into polished content.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Experience creating or editing video, including school or personal projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva or similar
- Interest in AI-powered video and creative tools
- Ability to take an idea and run with it
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on creative work
- Dependable and able to work independently
Students in marketing, communications, digital media, advertising, film/video production or graphic design may be a good fit, but creativity and work samples matter more to us than your specific major or years of experience.

This is a paid, part-time remote position with flexible hours. We care more about creativity, initiative and the quality of your work than where you are located.
