HR Intern

Karla Otto is an international fashion PR agency focused on cutting-edge fashion, luxury lifestyle, and contemporary art brands.

Location: Shanghai downtown, Huangpu District
Stipend: RMB 120-150/day
Schedule: 5 days/week, 3 months, ASAP start
Open to international students: Yes

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through hiring platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking documents and candidate databases
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed
- Assist with internship program and training record keeping

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with office tools is a plus
