Content Coordinator — Personal Assistant to a Social Media Personality
A content creator management company is hiring a full-time Content Coordinator to work on-site in Vancouver, WA with the social media personality we manage. She creates the content. Your job is to make sure it gets made.
This is an organization and logistics role, not a creative one. You run the week, plan the days, prepare the shoots, keep everything moving and report back. You will not be on camera and you will not be writing or producing the content yourself — you will be the reason it happens on time.
A typical week- Monday — prep day: outfits chosen and laid out, props and equipment ready, batteries charged, Tuesday's shoot plan finished and shared
- Tuesday — shoot day: you run it — phones on chargers, start time held, the list worked through, camera started and stopped
- Wednesday — prep for Thursday
- Thursday — shoot
- Friday — plan next week, review what worked, tidy up the content library
Every day: post the finished videos to TikTok from the ready-made queue, research new video ideas and formats, keep the idea list stocked, and send a short end-of-day report to the manager (remote).
What we need from you- Exceptionally organized. You make lists, you plan ahead, you notice what is missing before it is needed
- Reliable and self-sufficient. You show up, you follow through, you tell us the same day if something is stuck
- A clear, quick writer — plans, checklists and short reports are a daily part of the job
- Comfortable keeping another adult on schedule, kindly but firmly
- Genuinely into TikTok and Instagram — you can explain why a video works, not just that you like it
- Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license — errands, pickups and locations are part of the week
- Flexible on hours and days — the schedule above is the norm, but shoot days and locations move sometimes
- Able to travel nationally and occasionally internationally for shoots and events — you hold a passport or can get one
- Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the US
- A degree or coursework in communications, marketing, digital media, film/video production, PR or event management
- Any experience organizing people to a deadline — events, student productions, shoots, clubs, an assistant role
- Basic phone-camera and editing app confidence (CapCut or similar)
- $22.00/hour starting, paid weekly, W-2 employment with paid sick leave
- Approx. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, on-site at the creator's home studio in Vancouver, WA
- Travel paid for when you travel with us
- A front-row seat to how a full-time social media business actually runs, and a real say in the ideas that get made
- Room to grow — this is the first hire of a growing team
Send a short resume and answer this one question (150 words max):
Describe something you organized for other people — an event, a shoot, a trip, a project. What went wrong, and what did you do about it?
Applications without the answer will not be considered. Process: short phone call → a small planning task → video interview → in-person meeting in Vancouver before any offer.
