Primary Responsibilities
- The purpose of the Internship Program is to introduce students to Arconic through a challenging and rewarding experience in the Quality and Metallurgical Engineering field.
- Shadow and assist Engineering groups throughout the Plant.
- Researches and completes projects as assigned.
- Experience hands-on learning through real-world quality systems.
- Develop a mid-summer presentation to include project findings and solutions to teams across the organization
Basic Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, or any related or applicable discipline.
- Must have an expected graduation date in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, along with an overall level of expertise in MS Office environments.

- Ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
