Student Teacher / Early-Career Teacher Video Interview
About This Opportunity
TeachReel is seeking student teachers and first- and second-year teachers to participate in paid video interviews about their experiences with classroom and behavior management. We are looking for educators willing to share authentic stories about learning to manage a classroom—the challenges they have encountered, decisions they have made, strategies they have tried, and what they have learned along the way. We are interested in real experiences, including moments that did not go as planned.
Selected participants will take part in a one-on-one Zoom interview and receive $100 for completing the interview.
Interviews will be video recorded and may be edited for use in TeachReel educational content. Participants complete TeachReel's consent process when submitting their story.
To protect privacy, interview participants must not identify real students, schools, districts, or other individuals when discussing classroom experiences. Pseudonyms are encouraged.
