What you'll do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, deliver skilled interventions, and measure outcomes—but you'll also be encouraged to think critically about the entire process.

You'll:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Use clinical reasoning to identify impairments, movement dysfunctions, and contributing factors.
• Educate patients in ways that make sense for their goals, lifestyle, and level of understanding.
• Progress, modify, or rethink treatment based on patient response and objective outcomes.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and contribute to a culture of shared learning.
• Continue developing your clinical skill set through mentorship, education, and real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible state licensure in the state where you will practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in patient-centered care and continued professional development.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
