Sales Executive – Education (B2B)
About the role
We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell to schools.
The main goal of this role is simple: get high school partnerships signed.
You’ll be responsible for finding the right schools, reaching the right people, starting conversations, following up, handling objections, and taking the deal all the way to a signed agreement.
We care about results. We’re not looking for someone who just sends emails, books meetings, or keeps a CRM updated. You should be comfortable taking ownership of an opportunity and doing what it takes to get the deal signed.
If you already have a network of US high schools, principals, district leaders, or education decision-makers, that is a big advantage.
University partnerships may also be part of the role as we grow.
What you’ll do
* Find high schools and universities that could be a good fit for our offering.
* Build your own list of potential partners and create your own outreach.
* Reach out to principals, administrators, district leaders, and other decision-makers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and your existing network.
* Start and lead conversations with schools and understand what they need.
* Explain the partnership clearly and make a strong case for why they should work with us.
* Follow up consistently and keep opportunities moving forward.
* Handle questions, objections, and negotiations.
* Prepare proposals and work through the school's internal approval process.
* Take opportunities from the first conversation through to a signed agreement.
* Take responsibility for your numbers, your pipeline, and your results.
* Focus on productive activity that leads to deals — not activity for the sake of activity.
What we’re looking for
The most important thing is that you can sell and close.
You should have:
* Experience selling to or building partnerships with US high schools, universities, or other educational institutions.
* Ideally, experience personally getting high school partnerships or deals signed.
* An existing network or strong relationships with US high schools, districts, universities, principals, or other education decision-makers is a major plus.
* Experience finding your own opportunities rather than relying only on inbound leads.
* The ability to manage the full sales process — from identifying the right person to getting the agreement signed.
* Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* The ability to work independently without someone constantly telling you what to do next.
* A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
* Currently based in the United States and available for full-time work.
Education or a specific degree is not the main thing we care about.
If you have the experience, relationships, and ability to get deals signed, we want to hear from you.
What success looks like
Success in this role is not measured by how many emails you send or how many meetings you book.
It’s about getting the right conversations started and turning them into signed partnerships.
You should be able to build your own opportunities, work through the sales process, and take responsibility for getting deals over the line.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the hiring process based on experience and the scope of the role.
