BrockWorks is looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Superintendent who wants to build high-end custom homes, learn from an experienced team, and grow into a long-term leadership role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and wants real responsibility on challenging residential projects. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be dependable, organized, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership.
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage day-to-day activity on custom home construction sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and inspections.
- Review plans and specifications and help ensure work is completed correctly.
- Monitor quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall jobsite organization.
- Help keep projects moving according to schedule.
- Identify problems early and work with the project team to find solutions.
- Maintain daily jobsite documentation, photos, and progress updates.
- Assist with layout, field verification, punch lists, and quality-control inspections.
- Communicate professionally with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
- Hold subcontractors accountable for completing work properly and on schedule.

- Willing to learn from mistakes and continually improve.
- Proud of producing high-quality work.
Residential construction experience is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with strong trade experience, construction education, or the right attitude and work ethic.
