Social Media Intern

We are seeking creative interns with a knowledge of prediction markets, cryptocurrency, and the NFL to spend 1–2 hours per day creating social media content that drives engagement and new user signups for Kosmos.

Built at the intersection of finance, AI, and technology, Kosmos is creating the infrastructure for the next generation of prediction market trading.

Role Description: 

The Social Media Marketing Intern will help Kosmos grow its audience by creating short-form, high-engagement content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn. The role is focused on turning prediction market trends, product features, market insights, and breaking news into compelling videos and posts that drive reach, engagement, and new user signups. Interns will be paid a base rate per approved video, with additional performance-based commissions for content that reaches viral engagement milestones. This is a remote, hands-on growth role for someone who understands social media trends, can create attention-grabbing content quickly, and wants direct experience helping scale an early-stage fintech and AI platform.

Qualifications:

Creative, driven, and consistent with content creation
Strong understanding of short-form video and social media trends
Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable taking feedback
Previous social media or content creation experience is preferred
Interest in prediction markets, trading, fintech, or AI is a plus
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus
