Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics (No Weekends)

Location: Marshfield, MA
Compensation: $80,000–$105,000 annually

Mass Bay Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice serving the South Shore. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our Marshfield team.  Whether you're a new/soon to be graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll have the mentorship, autonomy, and resources to build a rewarding career.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population using evidence-based care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team in a positive clinical environment.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients through individualized care and manageable caseloads.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or expected graduation)
  • Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
