$1000 Sign-on Bonus! 4K Wrap Lead Teacher- Neighborhood Center
Position Summary: The 4K Wrap Lead Teacher is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned 4K wrap program. Responsibilities include lesson planning and implementation for children as well as fostering positive relationships with children, families, and school personnel while ensuring program quality standards are met. This position assists in neighborhood center events and supports center operations throughout the school year.
Hours & Pay:
This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team
Up to $20 per hour, pay is based on education and experience
35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Position includes paid planning time built into 35 hour/week schedule.

The Ideal Candidate:
Must be 18 years of age
Has completed college-level (or equivalent) courses in Education (early childhood, elementary, or related)
Should feel confident leading and managing a group of 4-year-old children
Is organized and has leadership abilities
Has experience with DCF state licensing
Values relationships within a neighborhood center community and has strong written and verbal communication skills
Location:
Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Center serves its surrounding community on Madison’s southwest side by providing programs and services that strengthen connections, support families, and foster community engagement. The 4K Wrap program serves students attending 4K at Anana Elementary, with programming and administrative work taking place within the neighborhood center building.
