As a Custom Home Sales Consultant, you’ll help families go from “We want to build a home” ➡️ “Welcome home!” 🏠❤️

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

🔹 Meet with prospective home buyers and understand their needs
🔹 Guide clients through the custom home-building process
🔹 Help clients find and secure the right lot
🔹 Present floor plans, custom design options, pricing & upgrades
🔹 Build strong relationships and follow up with leads
🔹 Work closely with our construction and design teams
🔹 Turn leads into signed custom home contracts
🔹 Provide an exceptional, stress-free experience from start to finish

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Sales-driven & motivated
✅ Excellent communication and people skills
✅ Professional and dependable
✅ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
✅ Comfortable with follow-up and closing
✅ Real estate, new home sales, construction, or related sales experience is a PLUS — but not required for the right person
