Hemmy Productions LLC is seeking a motivated Business, Finance, Economics, Film/Entertainment Business, or Marketing student for a hands-on internship supporting the development of an original feature-film horror franchise.

This is an opportunity to work directly on the business and financial planning behind a commercial film project being prepared for financing, production, and industry outreach.
About the Internship

The selected intern will help transform an existing entertainment-company business plan into a project-specific, investor-facing business plan for an original horror feature-film franchise.

The project already has substantial market research, creative development, and financial work completed. The intern's role will be to help restructure, update, analyze, and professionally present the information into a cohesive business and investment document.

This is not simply a writing or administrative internship. The student will gain exposure to the intersection of entertainment, business strategy, financial planning, market research, and film financing.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze an existing entertainment business plan and identify sections requiring restructuring or revision. Adapt existing business-plan material to a specific feature-film project
Organize and incorporate completed market research and industry research. Assist with financial projections, revenue modeling, budgets, and investment analysis. Review financial assumptions and help ensure consistency throughout the business plan. Create and update financial tables, charts, and supporting analysis. Assist with developing the project's financing and investor strategy. Research relevant film-industry financial and market information. Help translate complex financial and business information into clear, professional investor-facing language
Work with the production team through multiple rounds of revisions
Assist in preparing a polished final business plan suitable for professional industry and financing discussions. 

Educational Experience
This internship provides practical experience in entertainment business development and film finance.

Qualifications
Required:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Strong written communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to organize complex information into a clear structure
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numerical information
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a production team
Preferred:
Coursework or experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Film/Entertainment Business, Media, or Entrepreneurship
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, or Google Docs
Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, or business-plan development
Experience conducting market or industry research
Interest in the film, television, entertainment, or media industries
Previous experience with a business plan, investment analysis, financial model, or entertainment project is a plus
