Mental Health Therapist — Integrative Psychiatry Practice

Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry (HWP) is a growing integrative mental health practice seeking an Iowa-licensed or license-eligible therapist to join our collaborative clinical team.
HWP brings psychiatry, psychotherapy and innovative treatments together in one practice. Our services include traditional psychiatric care, psychotherapy, Spravato, IV ketamine, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and Root Cause/Functional Medicine.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist interested in trauma-informed, integrative and innovative mental health care who wants to develop within a multidisciplinary practice.
What you'll do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults depending on experience and interest
- Assess and treat conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship concerns and other behavioral-health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and the broader HWP clinical team
- Participate in coordinated care for complex patients
- Opportunity to develop experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic-informed/integration work depending on training, interest and qualifications
Who we're looking for
- LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or other Iowa-eligible behavioral-health clinician
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Trauma-informed and patient-centered approach
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Curious about integrative mental health and emerging treatment approaches
- Reliable with documentation and follow-through

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Schedule: Full-time or part-time; in-person presence preferred with telehealth opportunities as appropriate
Compensation: Productivity-based/percentage of collections, based on experience and structure
