Frontline Team Member– Poke King

Position Overview: As a team member, you’ll be the face of Poke King—working directly with customers while ensuring every order meets our quality standards. This role blends customer service, food preparation, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities;

• Prepare and assemble poke bowls with correctly with attention to detail
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced setting
• Accurately handle in-store and online orders
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
• Assist with back-of-house support (prep, restocking, etc.)
• Work as part of a team to keep operations smooth and efficient

Qualifications:

• Communication skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time shifts available
• Weekend availability preferred
