Evansville, Monroe, New Glarus, Broadhead, Footville, Orfordville, Juda, WI, & Surrounding Areas

What You'll Do:

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized, nonmedical support according to each client's individual care plan. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Helping with mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when appropriate
• Providing medication reminders and authorized assistance with client self-administration
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing companionship, conversation, supervision, and social support
• Assisting with errands, appointments, and authorized transportation
• Observing and reporting relevant changes or concerns
• Completing required care documentation

Home Care Senior Care Assisted Living Memory Care Personal Care Direct Support

• Dependable and committed to showing up for scheduled clients
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Professional when communicating with clients, families, and coworkers
• Able to follow an individualized care plan and established caregiver boundaries
• Comfortable documenting the care they provide
• Looking for meaningful, consistent work in the Madison area

Requirements:

• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete required screening
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license when required for client transportation
• Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of an assigned care plan
