Technical Director

Highland Day Camp is a Christian high-adventure camp serving campers in rising Kindergarten through rising 5th grade.

The Technical Director serves as a senior member of the Highland Day Camp leadership team and helps oversee the safe, effective, and consistent operation of camp. This role is responsible for adventure programming, technical systems, staff training, equipment management, safety procedures, and daily operational readiness.

The Technical Director leads the Adventure Team, helps train staff in ropes-course and adventure skills, maintains technical standards, monitors equipment and gear, addresses maintenance needs, and supports the overall daily function of camp. The role also includes staff development, problem-solving, leadership, and Christian mentorship.
