Summary

LifeSci Consulting is seeking Analysts and Senior Analysts to join our growing biopharmaceutical strategy consulting and transaction advisory team. You will work closely with internal leadership and executive-level clients on business development, corporate development, transaction advisory, and strategic initiatives for biopharmaceutical companies. LifeSci Consulting is a leading life sciences strategy consulting and transaction advisory firm. We leverage deep scientific expertise and industry experience to assess commercial potential and positioning for companies, products, and portfolios, as well as to develop commercial and market access strategies. Our transaction advisory practice focuses on securing non-dilutive capital and assets for clients through buy-side and sell-side strategic partnering transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop a strong foundation in market trends and nuances within the biopharmaceutical industry
• Prepare materials to synthesize findings and deliver project objectives (e.g., Excel models, PowerPoint presentations, white papers, etc.)
• Support leadership in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory efforts
• Conduct primary and secondary research to generate project-specific insights
• Build Excel-based commercial forecasts and asset valuation models to inform client financing, corporate strategy, and BD&L transactions
• Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and business development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS or MSc degree with strong academic performance (STEM majors only)
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (e.g., consulting, investment banking, corporate, or clinical research internship) preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills, ability to think critically and creatively, and interest in BD&L / transaction advisory
