About the Role: GROW is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our year-round fiber internet sales team. This is a direct-sales, commission-based role where your earning potential is entirely in your hands. Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned closer, we have a track for you. Compensation: Rookies: $1,500–$3,000+ per week. Veterans: $4,000–$8,000+ per week. What You'll Do: Represent fiber internet providers through door-to-door sales in assigned territories. Build rapport quickly and educate potential customers on service offerings. Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior sales experience required — we train Rookies from the ground up.
