Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor – 1 Opening
7:00 AM–2:00 PM | $23.50/hour
Take a leadership role in the daily operation of our residential program. The Supervisor helps guide the technician team, promotes consistent expectations, supports staff development, assists with daily operations, and helps maintain a safe, structured, recovery-focused environment.
Lead Behavioral Health Technician – 1 Opening
3:00 PM–11:00 PM | $21.50/hour
Perfect for an experienced technician who is ready for the next step in leadership. The Lead BHT supports the shift, assists team members, reinforces program expectations, and helps ensure daily responsibilities are completed consistently.
AM Behavioral Health Technician – 2 Openings
7:00 AM–3:00 PM | $19.00/hour
PM Behavioral Health Technician – 2 Openings
3:00 PM–11:00 PM | $19.00/hour
Overnight Behavioral Health Technician – 4 Openings
10:00 PM–8:00 AM | $19.00/hour
WHAT DOES A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN DO?
Behavioral Health Technicians are an important part of the residential treatment team. You will help create a safe, respectful, structured environment while supporting clients as they work toward recovery and greater independence.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting and supervising clients in a residential treatment setting
Completing scheduled client monitoring and safety rounds
Maintaining a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment
Encouraging clients to follow daily programming and facility expectations
Providing professional redirection and support when challenges arise
Documenting client observations and important shift information objectively
Assisting with client activities and community outings
Supporting client transportation when assigned
Assisting with admissions, orientation, and daily residential needs
Communicating concerns and changes to appropriate clinical or supervisory staff
Following confidentiality, client-rights, safety, and organizational policies
Serving as a positive and professional role model for clients

Behavioral health experience is valuable, but we also encourage candidates interested in beginning or growing a career in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment to apply.
Leadership candidates should demonstrate previous experience, reliability, sound judgment, communication skills, and the ability to help guide and support other team members.
