Podcast Workflow & Content Marketing Internship (1099)

About Us:
Peachtree Rose Marketing is a boutique content marketing agency and podcast studio in San Antonio, Texas. We specialize in systems-driven storytelling, using scalable workflows, AI tools, and modern SEO/AEO strategy to help brands grow.

We’re looking for 2 creative, organized interns ready to learn not just how to make great content — but how to build the systems that power it.

Internship Overview:
This internship is ideal for students interested in creative production, content marketing, and the fast-evolving world of AI-enhanced workflows as well as building para-social relationships through video podcasting. You’ll gain hands-on experience while learning how to design repeatable processes — a key skill in agency operations, tech startups, and creative teams alike.

Scope of Work Includes:

  • Video editing support (Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Podcast studio prep: lighting, cameras, guest setup
  • Workflow documentation: help map and improve how we plan, shoot, edit, and post
  • SEO + YouTube optimization for podcast content
  • Prompt engineering and content ideation using AI, ChatGPT
  • File management: organize footage from SD cards to cloud storage
  • Graphic creation (thumbnails, posts, templates)
  • Social media engagement and publishing

What You’ll Learn (Beyond the Basics):

  • How to use AI tools for workflow automation and idea generation
  • How to create, test, and improve repeatable content production systems
  • How modern agencies use SOPs and cloud tools to scale
  • What it takes to become a workflow director or AI-powered creative operator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking and common sense ability to read a room
  • Creative thinker with an interest in structure, organization, or technology
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Premiere Pro
  • Clear communicator, proactive, eager to learn and experiment
  • Comfortable working independently and within systems

Details:
Term: ~4+ weeks, 15–20 hours/week
Contracted Pay: $10-$15/hr+ depending on expertise (1099), paid bi-weekly by invoice
Location: San Antonio (on-site studio work required)
