Job Description:
Triumph Training Center is seeking knowledgeable, caring, and dependable Math and English Tutors to support students in grades 3–12. Tutors will provide personalized instruction that helps students strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and prepare for school and standardized tests.

Our programs support Math, English, reading comprehension, grammar, writing, vocabulary, and test preparation, including PSAT, SAT, and ACT concepts.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring in Math and/or English for students in grades 3–12.

Assess student needs and create engaging, individualized learning plans.

Teach Math topics ranging from foundational skills through Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Trigonometry, based on tutor expertise.

Teach English skills including reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing.

Help students develop effective study habits and test-taking strategies.

Track student progress and communicate professionally with parents and the center team.

Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment.

Prepare for tutoring sessions using provided and self-developed instructional materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field preferred.

Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic-coaching experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of Math and/or English curriculum for grades 3–12.

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Patient, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed.

Must be able to meet all applicable background-check and hiring requirements.
