Landscape Design Apprentice | 3D Visualization Specialist
No degree or prior landscape experience required. We’ll train the right person.
We’re not looking for the most experienced candidate. We’re looking for the right one.
Boise Landscape Design is seeking a highly motivated individual who wants more than just a job. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who is ready to learn, work hard, develop a valuable professional skill set, and build a career they can be proud of.
You do not need a college degree. You do not need previous landscape architecture experience. You do not need to know our 3D modeling software.
What you do need is drive.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is naturally comfortable with technology and can learn new software quickly
- Is intelligent, organized, creative, and an innovative problem-solver
- Has strong visual and spatial thinking abilities
- Is competitive, ambitious, and motivated by measurable goals
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Welcomes feedback and wants to continually improve
- Is willing to work hard and take ownership of their future
- Wants to advance quickly and earn greater responsibility
- Dreams big and is willing to put in the work required to get there
Build a Career, Not Just a Résumé
We believe talent and work ethic are not defined by a college degree.
For the right person, we will provide hands-on training in professional landscape design, 3D visualization, design technology, and the systems we use to create residential landscapes throughout Idaho and the Pacific Northwest.
Our goal is to develop someone who can grow alongside our company—not remain in an entry-level position indefinitely.
Starting Pay: $20-$23/hour
This position includes a defined path for advancement, with the opportunity for annual promotion and increased compensation when established performance goals are achieved.
If you are ambitious, teachable, technologically capable, and hungry to create something meaningful for yourself and your future family, we want to hear from you.
Come ready to learn. Come ready to work. Come ready to build something.
