Summary

As a Daycare Teacher at KinderCare Learning Centers, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Located in various centers across the United States, this position is essential in helping children develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills while supporting families in their childcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Provide individualized support to children based on their unique needs.
• Manage behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements

• EEC certificate is nice to have!
• Experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and constructively.
• First aid and CPR certification are a plus.
