About the Role
We are seeking competitive, driven, and coachable Sales Development Representatives to help growing companies generate new business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for former college athletes who want to bring their competitiveness, discipline, teamwork, resilience, and strong work ethic into a professional sales career. Previous sales experience is helpful but not always required. Former college athletes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Engage decision-makers and communicate the company’s value proposition
- Qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline goals
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews
Ideal Candidate
- Former college athlete or someone with a similarly competitive background
- Highly coachable and motivated by measurable goals
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage a high volume of activity
- Team-oriented while still motivated by individual performance
- Curious, resilient, and willing to learn
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not always required
