About LSA

Lending Strategy Advisers (LSA) is a San Antonio-based financial advisory firm that helps business owners and individuals navigate the lending process and find the right financing solutions.

We're a small, growing team, which means you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team, share your ideas, and see your work actually make it onto our social media.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to help us establish and grow LSA's social media presence.

If you enjoy coming up with content ideas, making graphics, writing captions, staying up to date on social media trends, or just have a good eye for what makes a post interesting, this could be a great fit.

You don't need to know everything about finance—we're looking for someone who is creative, willing to learn, and excited to take ownership of our social media.

What You'll Do

  • Come up with fun and creative content ideas for LSA
  • Create posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form videos
  • Help manage LSA's LinkedIn and other social media accounts
  • Write captions and other social media copy
  • Help plan out our social media calendar
  • Stay up to date on current social media trends
  • Take photos and videos at meetings, events, and around the office
  • Help brainstorm new ways to grow our audience and engagement
  • Work with our team to bring ideas to life
  • Help with other marketing projects when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Current college student studying Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Creative and comfortable sharing ideas
  • Strong writing skills
  • Familiar with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
  • Organized and dependable
  • Willing to learn and try new things
  • Someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have a portfolio or examples of content you've created
  • Have experience running a social media account
  • Enjoy photography or video
  • Are always the person your friends ask to make the Instagram post look better
  • Enjoy working in a chill, positive environment with a great team culture

Location: San Antonio, TX | Hybrid 
Schedule: Part-time, flexible around your class schedule
Pay: $10/hour
