This is a full-time, 13-week Summer 2027 internship as part of FlexGen’s Early Careers Program, which includes professional development, networking, and fun events throughout the summer.

Position Summary: 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Marketing Intern to provide support across various marketing functions. This role will assist with event coordination, internal communications, content management, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with a strong attention to detail, a passion for marketing, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a wide range of projects.  

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and executing marketing events and promotions.  
• Support internal communications by drafting memos, newsletters, and other materials.  
• Help manage and update content across digital platforms (websites, Linked In, etc.).  
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and tracking project timelines.  
• Assist with gathering data and preparing reports for marketing campaigns.  

Position Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital tools.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.  

Early Careers Program:

A 13-week summer program designed to provide real-world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field to FlexGen.  This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals.
