West Houston, USA - $180 Exam Test Centre Mystery Shop Audit
Serve Legal Storecheckers are recruiting a mystery shopping to complete an exam compliance audit. The purpose of this visit is to assess whether staff correctly follow examination security and invigilation procedures.
What You'll Be Required To Do
As an auditor, you will attend a scheduled examination and act as a genuine candidate throughout the entire process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving 45 minutes before the examination start time for candidate check-in.
- Remaining at the venue for the full duration of the examination.
- Following a series of pre-planned scenarios designed to test compliance with examination procedures.
- Making detailed observations of staff actions and recording any breaches or failures to follow protocol.
Audit Scenarios
During the visit, you will be required to:
Check-In Assessment
Conceal two prohibited items:
- A visible prohibited item (such as a pen or piece of paper) placed somewhere easily discoverable during security checks.
- A second piece of paper containing written information hidden more discreetly (for example inside a shoe).
During The Examination
You will be required to complete several compliance tests, including:
- Using scratch paper and observing whether staff collect used scratch paper when required.
- Taking an authorised break and attempting to access your locker during the break.
- Removing a prohibited item and leaving it clearly visible on the desk to assess staff response.
- Attempting to leave the examination area with a piece of scratch paper.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be comfortable discreetly observing and reporting staff behaviour.
- Be able to remember and record detailed observations.
- Follow instructions exactly as provided.
- Have strong written English skills for completing the report.
- Be dependable and capable of remaining on-site for several hours.
- Have access to email and a smartphone.
Reporting
Following the visit, you will complete an online report detailing:
- Check-in procedures
- Staff responses to each test scenario
- Examination room observations
- Any compliance failures observed
The report should be completed within 24 hours of the visit.
