About the Project

We are looking for a Hebrew Language Recording Coordinator to help us recruit and coordinate participants for an upcoming Hebrew language recording project in New York City.

The coordinator will be responsible for identifying suitable Hebrew-speaking participants, organizing them into recording groups, and coordinating their recording appointments at a designated NYC recording studio.

Project Requirements

Each recording group must consist of:

2 participants per group

Both participants must be fluent Hebrew speakers

No specific age or gender requirement

Participants must be available to travel to a designated recording studio in NYC

Each group will complete approximately 2 hours of language recording

Recording prompts and materials will be provided by our production team

Participants do not need to prepare their own scripts or content

Total project target: 30 groups / 60 participants

Responsibilities

As the Hebrew Language Recording Coordinator, you will:

Recruit qualified, fluent Hebrew-speaking participants

Build groups of 2 participants

Confirm participant eligibility and availability

Coordinate recording schedules with participants and our production team

Make sure participants arrive at the designated NYC recording studio on time

Communicate recording instructions and logistical information to participants

Follow up with participants before and after their recording session

Maintain an organized list of recruited participants and completed groups

Help ensure that assigned groups successfully complete their recording sessions

Compensation

This is a performance-based, project-based opportunity.

The coordinator will receive:

1. Referral Bonus
A referral bonus will be paid for each qualified participant/group successfully referred and coordinated for the project.

2. Completion Bonus
Additional bonuses will be available based on the total number of successfully completed recording groups coordinated by the coordinator.

The more qualified groups you successfully coordinate, the greater your total project compensation can be.

Example:
Coordinate and successfully complete 5 groups → Referral Bonuses + applicable completion bonus
Coordinate and successfully complete 15 groups → Referral Bonuses + higher completion bonus
Coordinate and successfully complete 30 groups → Referral Bonuses + maximum project completion bonus

Exact bonus rates and payment terms will be provided upon selection/onboarding.

Ideal Candidate

We are especially interested in candidates who:

Are fluent in Hebrew and English

Have access to Hebrew-speaking communities in NYC

Have experience with participant recruitment, community outreach, student organizations, cultural organizations, or event coordination

Have strong communication and organizational skills

Are reliable and responsive

Can independently recruit and coordinate multiple participant groups

Have existing connections with Hebrew-speaking individuals or communities in New York

Prior recruiting or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required.

Important Note

The coordinator does not need to conduct the recording or provide the recording equipment.

Our production team will provide the recording prompts, studio, and recording setup.
